In the ignorance of wanting
I forgot to listen.
A desire to control, to create
as a false sense of safety
I did not hear.
My gifts became my poison
when unwilling to receive.
Provocative attempts yet to come
as the teaching is in the failure
and awakening in the struggle.
Revelation in a dream and upon arising
all fear left my subtle form.
The spaciousness was filled with
a twinkling sensation that is
not hungry but ready for more.
