Autumn Equinox/Still Super Hot in the Southwest Desert Celebration
Thursday, September 27th – Sunday, September 30th
Aravaipa Canyon is 1.5 hours from Tucson – Lodge Details
A gathering in honor of a season shift. A coming together in the cultivation of community. A blessing of life and her preciousness.
This three night offering is an opportunity to rekindle some Earth-based wisdom in conjunct with the turn of another season.
Cleanse your whole system through a holistic weekend returning to Nature. Recognizing the significance of Autumn we will give our inevitable loss and letting go to the water and cultivate our courage to look towards the bounty that is ahead.
*three nights lodging/or beautiful camping option
*8 delicious gluten-free/vegetarian meals
*5 movement classes (flow, yin, free form, inclusive of breath-attention and meditation)
*Aravaipa Canyon/Creek Access out our back door
*Napping, quiet time, relaxation
*tea with friends
*remembrance of play
Guests can arrive as early as 3pm. We will have an afternoon optional practice 4:30-5:30. First meal together is at 6:30pm. And we will officially begin our collective at 7:30 (so if you need a later arrival, no problem). We will end our gathering Sunday at 11am.
Space is limited. Must be willing to share space. There are two single rooms that will be first request given. Otherwise bedrooms are shared with twin beds (so if you snore loudly you may consider camping). Camping option has full access to bathrooms/showers and hanging out in the common spaces. We will share in a creek day and campfire/song, chanting, quiet time (there will be social silence each night from 9pm-morning practice). And we will allow for an organic unfolding of play dependent upon what beautiful gifts participants wish to share.
This retreat is for you if you are ready for a time of space and reset that includes lots of self-care and also community building.
Retreat open to all beings.
